Although I was in Hong Kong for a month this past spring, my speaking abilities didn’t improve the usual .005% when I’m there. Mildly appalled, it was enough to encourage me to become more active about practicing. The following are websites I find helpful/motivational.

Can you get any more ingenious? This Swiss book has fantastic photos on how to make interesting things from everyday objects.
I don’t read German, but the photos should be enough to get you started. Actually I do speak a little German but that’s currently limited to “Wie getz?” (What’s up?) and “Töten Sie!!” (Kill them!!) [...]
