The latter sale is more consistent with your e-Bay purchase date. Both sales, though, were in San Antonio, TX. The satchel is 36 to 38 years old. It came with a vinyl (or vinyl-like) rain cover; but, I don't remember if we bundled it with the satchel at the time of sale. Melissa,
